I have always had a passion for holistic therapies and after 10 years of working in the city I was feeling burnt out and in need of change. So in 2006, I made it happen & have never looked back. During this experience I have also been involved with other roles that have enriched and aided my growth as a therapist. 

I am fully qualified and insured in several therapies with my passion being in Women’s Health and Fertility.

I have previously taken part in a monthly women’s community clinic in Oxted, using Reflexology to support women with health/wellbeing issues such as; Menopause, Anxiety, Insomnia, Fatigue/Energy Levels, Fertility, Migraines, Menstrual cycles and many more. 

To support my therapies, I am also a qualified Wellbeing Advisor, having worked in GP surgeries around the Tandridge area, supporting patients covering a wide range of issues including; mental health, weight loss, diet & lifestyle.

A few years ago I also spent 2+ years volunteering at St Catherine’s hospice in Crawley. This was a very life changing period, offering twice monthly Reflexology treatments to the living well patients, bringing relaxation, pain relief and comfort to the terminally ill in their end of life care.

 I offer a range of holistic therapies apart from Reflexology, including; Pregnancy Massage, Swedish Massage and Reiki  and I am also a registered IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) Baby Massage Instructor (www.iaim.org.uk).
